The entire project planning, from the first sketch, through the design, to the finished tool, is executed in close cooperation with worldwide partners from China, Poland or Portugal. In addition to tool manufacturing for technical articles, the range of our output also includes mould construction for the production of household and gardening articles, packaging, and casings. Every form or mould is developed and optimized for batch production according to your individual, specific guidelines. In many companies our forms have been used for years in continuous operation with short cycle times and without interruptions.



  


The certification of our partner companies according to international standards has contributed to this. All over Europe products are produced and marketed with our forms and moulds. In almost all the wholesale markets you will find products which have been made with forms we have developed and manufactured. After extensive quality checks all forms or moulds are installed in your company by our employees and tested in detail in trial runs. All the illustrated moulds have been in continuous use for more than two years, in part in operations working in several shifts.
